There is ONE bad thing, and I want to be VERY clear about it.
The tailstock is complete, and functions normally. The unit has never been twisted, and the rails were checked for trueness after the last time it was moved. The bed rails are in good condition with no flaws, and very little rust. All the feed gears work properly, and all the carriage functions work.
The lead screw is in perfect condition with no damage or bending. This lathe lives in an unheated garage, and, in addition it has sit unused for a few years, so there is some light surface rust on a few portions, specifically the carriage handles as seen in the photo.
